Your profile

Tap your picture on the home screen. From your profile you can change your name, photo, position and email address, pick a wallpaper and chat theme, manage offline storage and notifications, and sign out.

Notifications

• The bell on the home screen opens your notifications. Use Mark all read to clear them in one go.
• Notifications are kept for 30 days, then removed.
• In notification settings you can choose which kinds you receive (messages, mentions, comments, likes, project updates and more), set quiet hours, and mute a project or a person.

Report a problem

1. Open your profile and choose Report a problem. To report a particular post, group, project or person, use the menu on it instead.
2. Describe what happened: what you were doing, what you expected, and what you saw.
3. Send it. If your profile has an email address, you receive a confirmation with a reference number, and our answer comes to the same address.
