Terms of use

The rules for using FieldOps and this website. Last updated 16 October 2026.

1. Using FieldOps

By creating an account or using FieldOps you agree to these terms and to our privacy notice. If you use FieldOps for an organisation, you confirm you may accept these terms for it.

2. Your account

Your account is tied to your phone number. Keep your phone secure, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what is done with it.

3. Your content

What you put into FieldOps remains yours. You give us permission to store, process, display and transmit it as needed to run the service for you and the people you share it with. You can export it, and delete it, at any time.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use FieldOps to break the law, to harass or deceive anyone, to share content you have no right to share, to send spam, or to interfere with the service or other people's use of it. Record calls only where it is lawful, and tell the people on the call. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. Plans and payment

Some features may need a paid plan. The price, the period and what is included are shown before you pay. Payments are taken by our payment providers. A plan runs for the period paid for.

6. The service

We work to keep FieldOps available and your data safe, and we improve it continually, which means features may change. The service is provided as it is; field measurements made with a phone should be checked to the standard your work requires before they are relied on for legal, financial or safety decisions.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Ending

You can stop using FieldOps at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may end or suspend access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you in the app or on this site before it takes effect.
